Swelling post discharge

My mother 81 years was admitted in hospital for 10 days due to brain stroke and then again after fifteen days due to epistaxis for 24 hours. Post both the discharge I noted swelling in legs, arms and hands. Her last day in hospital her blood test   been normal. Few discrepancies are Hb 7.1, rbc 2.5, pcv 22.8, mchc 31.1, tlc 14.07, neutrophyl 94, lymphiocite 4, platelet 380, crp 60.4, urea 49, creatinine 1.05, sodium 126, potassium 3.5, albumin 1.99, total protein 4.53, pct 0.28, globulin 2.54 Her medications are faronac 200, dalacin c 300, minoz 100 for seven days. Sulin pm, gst dsr, doxovent 400, metolar xr 25, angiplat 2.5, atorva 40, montair fx, dytor 5, entacom plus 50, brevipil 50, bizfer xt, foracort 1 neb, levolin 1.2 nen My question is urgent. Is it normal to have such swelling after discharge. Will it get cured. Are medications mentioned going to help. Physiotherapy is going on in home including vibrator. 7 days has passed post discharge.
