Swelling & Pain in the finger

My fingers got swelling repetitively. Right now my index finger is swallow, it keep on changing some day some other finger. Earlier it was happening 4-6 times in a year, now its happening like 3-4 times a month. The finger has swallow very much and paining. I cant bend the finger right now and it will be ok after 2 days. Please help.
