Today I observed that my son has some swelling on the left side of penis. There is no discomfort or irritation or pain, just a swelling. We had applied mustard oil on it in order to maintain the cleanliness. Please advice what is this. I am attaching the photo of it.

If swelling increases and redness appear or any difficulty in urination , then go for usg Can give pcm for pain Consult physically
