Meds: ⢠Antihistamines: diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, loratidine, fexofenadine, cetirizine. ⢠Decongestants (pseudoephedrine). ⢠Mast Cell stabilizers (cromolyn sodium). ⢠LT antagonists (montelukast, zafirlukast). Steroids: Flonase (fluticasone). Epinephrine Pen.
