I am suffering from headache since last 10 days . There is swelling on my forehead as well as face . I have taken paracetamol but there is no effect

Face swelling and headache happens in sinusitis and results in sinus headache. Warm compress to affected area. Inhale steam and get nasal saline spray to clear sinus and drain mucus. Also get x Ray of sinuses to check for infection.
