I am having swelling on the eyelid of right eye. It is there since 3 days. It's causing irritation since today, and it is painful to touch. No medicines have been taken yet.

Well the picture file u posted doesn't seem to be opening.  U probably have a stye of the eye lid. Perform hot fomentation over the swelling for a couple of days so that the pus inside the swelling points and finds its way out. Take painkillers for the pain.
