Foreskin of penis is swollen . With very little itching constantly swollen from 4 days. Please tell me the reason and remedy

Thank you for your question. You do not mention if this happened following unprotected intercourse. In that case the most likely cause is an infection which needs evaluation and treatment by a doctor specialising in skin and DVD. If not it may be due to a tight foreskin associated with infection. The doctor will guide you on the best option and whether you need to see a surgeon as well. Please do not self medicate. best wishes
