Have swelling behind both the ear from last three days.. Throat is paining extremely not able to eat or drink anything not even able to eat.

Hey, if you are having pain and difficulty on swallowing it could be tonsillitis , gargle with salt water, pain subsides on applying ice ,swelling behind ear could be enlarged lymph note(lymphedinitis) consult ENT specialist ,you may need antibiotics .
