Swelling like air bubble inside mouth

Below my lower lip inside, there is a swelling like a air bubble. There is no pain, no irritation, no burning sensation but the swelling doesn't come down. It's there for like 7 days now.

hi The swelling will not subside spontaneously.It has to be removed surgically.

This is a mucocele related to trauma to the salivary gland. Can be caused by lip biting etc. It will need to be surgically removed
