Swelling moderate inside mouth areas, inner cheeks, tongue etc. (Past 2years) Also near jaw swelling, especially after eating slightly heavy food or consuming alcohol (very rarely), a short duration pain which lasts abt 2mins. Also swelling of lymph nodes is armpit noticed (past 8-10 yrs). Lymphodenopathy was suggested upon examination. But it is not too bothersome so didn't do follow up. However overall weakness and lethargy Is experienced. Profuse sweating even with minor exertion. (no night sweats) Easily fatigued. Causing health related anxiety, unable to focus properly. Are these connected. Which specialist should I show it to first ? Kindly advise.
