My left testes is big as compare to right one. It is 3 times in size since last 20 dayz. I don't know the reason behind this. I didn't suffer any injury and some pain is there if I press the swelled one. What could be the reason behind this swelling & pain and Is it safe to indulge in sexual intercourse in this scenario?

Hello, its not safe to indulge in sexual activity with the swelling of testis ,it could be due to hematoma ,or testicular infection or varicocele . if there is local tenderness with swelling its epidydemitis, you must not neglect this . consult general surgeon as soon as possible . Till then avoid having sexual intercourse.
