Start walking with partial weight bearing n gradually increase load on affected leg.
Swelling can be there for some time so better use ice on fracture area. Also get done x Ray to confirm about union of bone. Also start strengthening exercises of leg to improve power n to normalise weakness of affected leg.
Also visit the Physiotherapist nearby who can help u in all these problems.
