Swelling in one of the testicles

I have a testicle swollen for a very long time. it is my left testicle which is swollen more than the usual left one which is always bigger than the right one. i have no pain in that swollen testicle bur earlier at the time of its swelling i had pain... but now theres no pain in it. also i have no problem in ejaculation of sperm. i mean no pain.
