Swelling in lower limb.

I have painless swelled lower limbs and numbness in the feet.A small soft bulge at the top of the feet can be seen.Had Covid 15 days back with mild symptoms.Did symptomatic treatment with ivermectin,paracetamol etc. No steroid or blood thinners taken.
