There is swelling in foot.Don't know due to exertion or not. Restlessness is also there whenever there is swelling. Not a everyday phenomenon. Don't know which doctor to consult.

U should check ur sugar & thyroid. It may be one of the reason for swelling. Do some strengthening exercises of foot. Do contrast bath( 3 min in warm water & 1&1/2 min in cold water) for foot.
