Swelling in finger of 5 year old

Hi doctors, My child got hurt in one of the finger while playing and got swelling. After showing to doctor got TT injection and few medicines. Can I give oflin 200 and combiflam to 5 year old kid ? Is it safe ? Thanks in advance.
