I have been really swollen in my arms, hands, legs, feet for several days. Also have a tightness in my chest and upper abdomen. Feel nauseated also. Drinking a lot of water. Taking an over the counter diuretic. I have slept sitting up with legs propped up.

Hello..Well we need to evaluate you only after that we an decide what to give to you and what us the best suitable medication...As of now it's really dangerous to take over the counter medicines without any evaluation...Hope you understand...Thank you
