Dear doctor, few months back my wife noticed that she has swelling around her anus and sometimes it bleeds. Then we met doctor n she asked her to take warm water tub treatment and to apply annovate ointment over there. Later she was fine. Now again she is facing the same issue but this time it bleeds very rarely. She feels swelling there. Plz give suggestion and provide doctor details in Chennai if any. Thanks...

It appears that it is hemorrhoids(piles) present due to regular strain while passing stool....for confirmation proctoscopy have to be done....meet surgeon for same and get definitive treatment
