Swelling behind right ear.

Today morning i noticed slight swelling behind my right ear.It pains slightly when pressed.I didnot have it yesterday.I do wear an over the ear earphones constantly.On doing some research I found some reasons like TB, HIVAIDS and CANCER. I am really scared. Pls help.
