Swelling at the tip n opening of vagina

At the tip of my vagina there is a swelling and at the opening of my vagina as well it is the same that is right in front of the anus. When I touch it, I feel pain. Was using V Wash n I stopped after this started. This started happening at the beginning of this week. There is no pus. N there is just a slight itchiness
