Swelling after deep cut

I had deep cut on eyebrow due to small accident around 7 weeks ago. Wound seems to heel well with no pain, but there is swelling next to cut since injury. When does swelling go away ? I had double layer stitches for cut. Absorbable inside and out stitches were removed one week after injury. Thanks Rajiv

It may be a small foreign body, sometimes very difficult to find while suturing in accident cases Get CT done , If so it can be removed easily under local anesthesia

Did you undergo any CT scan at the time of injury ? It is important to rule out any hairline fracture of the underlying bone as swelling has not subsided even after almost 2 months. I also want detailed history about the swelling - whether it is gradually decreasing or increasing in size. What treatment are you taking ?
