Hi.  As u have mentioned ur symptoms, it might b Vercose veins .  I cant get what exactly u want to say. If ur right leg gets swollen then it must b looked out for other reasons to come to firm diagnosis .         Get   ur investigations done. If theres infection u may need antibiotics treatment   But if theres Vericose veins We have Good ayuvedic treatment for vericose veins.
