Sweety and dizzy

So i had my breakfast then i was sleeping but one hour i wake up with alot of sweat on face and even my one ear was full of water and I don't know what is it but then i try to walk and felt dizzy to walk what is it? Now sweat are gone

Due to excessive you must be dehydrated so, you felt dizzy when you started to walk just after it. Consume plenty of fluids. Don't be anxious. Consult if and when required.
