Hello I'm 29 weeks pregnant . My weight is 91.9kg & height is 170cm. My dr asked me to avoid sugar completely. I have not had any sweet dish since last 4-5 months. But today I'm craving for Halwa.. My latest reports are attached.. the levels are normal.. Can I have Halwa just once?? Will it be alright??

Once-in-a-while sugar intake is OK...if all previous sugar values are normal
