Sweaty scrotum!

Since the winter started i am having sweaty scrotum, not sweaty exactly but it feels sticky and it irritates me most of the time, i tried to apply regular powder but after some time sweat/stickyness takes over. What can I do? It's being an irritation while sleeping at night :/. I cannot full fan also, sicne it will be too cold. Please help me out, suggest something.
