Sweaty Palms and headache

I suffered from regular anxiety and headaches. I also have sweaty palms and feet. I was prescribed certain medicines by a doctor which really helped me but I stopped taking them because I was feeling better and out of negligence. Now, nearly 6 months after stopping, the symptoms have returned but as a relief they are not that severe and I am able to manage them but I want to get rid of this for ever now. Should I go to the same doctor?

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. Anxiety is well managed by medication, yoga , exercise, JPMR, & CBT. If Ur not comfortable with Medication, I suggest you to start regular yoga n therapy. Learn JPMR from YouTube. Yes you can consult with Ur doctor.
