Swallowing Problem

During meals, I can not swallow properly for last 2-3 weeks. It seems that food gets stuck inside throat or chest. At that time its very difficult to drink water too. It irritaes me a lot. Consulted with local docyor who prescribed to take Antacid and Pantoprazole. Condition did not improve. Please advice me which specialist doctor to consult.
