Swallowing difficulty

I have jaw pain, jaw clicking, jaw deviation to the left side on opening mouth, tightness of jaw muscle, neck pain, upper back pain etc. Now I am heavily feeling difficulty in swallowing air from my lower part of neck. I am really feeling very very uncomfortable and unhappy. So please help me.

Don't wait much... find near by oral surgeon...no need to panic...after clinical findings only treatment can decide....
