Swalloen bump on tongue

Hello doctors. I have attached a photo of my tongue.Is it look normal.I am tensed about the swalloen bumps on left side(foliate papillae).Is it anything to concern.I have no pain,no burning. I am not a smoker,nor alcoholic nor chewing gums. Please tell me the reason of this swallowing.

It can be traumatic or herpetic ulcer.corticosteroids or antiviral drugs has to be taken based on history. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and dietary instructions.
