I've found a suspicious mole on someone which is near the waist on the back side and is non itchy. I'm really concerned about this and if someone could help me I'll be more than thankful... Hoping for honest replies

Suspicious mole doesnt look that suspicious. If the shape is getting altered lately than you can be concerned. Or else if there is pain, oozing etc. But for definitive diagnosis kindly visiting your nearest dermatologist
