Last month I had a severe shoulder pain. When I had consulted a doctor he told that it's because of the sleeping posture. He gave painkillers and pain is fixed. But, for last two weeks, I had observed that I can't able to raise my hand or do any work by lifting my hand feels so difficult and I can observe some un even slot formed on my back top.
