Suspected pregnancy after Salpingectomy

Went through an ectopic pregnancy by the end of Dec and under went Unilateral salpingectomy. Had bleeding for a week and had a period on Feb 11th. I missed the period in March, is this too soon to conceive. Will this create any issues?
