I have red dots, often with a white ring around them all over my body. They come and go and are not itchy or stingy at all. At the moment they are very obvious on my eyelids but are also present on my arms, chest, legs etc... I am on B12 supplements as I am vegan/vegetarian and I am on Lamictal and Cymbalta for bipolar disorder.
