I have done tonsil surgery befor 15 day and having bleeding after every 3 5day from right side what should I do please give me a some advise for that

There is a possibility of secondary bacterial infection in your right tonsiller fossa..do antiseptic gargle.. visit your doctor for appropriate antibiotics course .
