Surgery for piles

Hello, I'm having fourth degree piles with severe bleeding, paining and itching. I'm having discomfort in sitting and sometimes in walking. Currently I'm applying diltigesic gel and having hammelis mother tincture but i don't think it's working still I'm having pain and bleeding and itching. What should i do? Is it a good option having surgery or is there any non surgical treatment. please help.

Hi, yes piles have another non surgical treatment in ayurved . but i need to diagnosed according to Ayurveda . we will send you medicine by courier if interested. We have patients above 3 rd degree patients that almost recovered .

TX – Basic options: Fiber supplement: Metamucil, take as directed. Stool softener: Over the counter Docusate 100mg twice a day. Hemorrhoid meds:  For bleeding and itching: Hydrocortisone rectal (Proctosol-HC) 2.5% cream BID or Hydrocortisone 25 mg PR bid, apply after bowel movement. For pain: benzocaine (orajel) apply as needed, max 4x/day. Also can try: sitz baths. Surgical options: Rubber band ligation. Surgical removal of hemorrhoids.
