My father has Diabetes and Hypertension. Can he consume Flaxseed Oil supplement (Linseed oil)? Each capsule contains 500 mg. What should be the dosage?

For good cholesterol you can add dry fruits or dishes contain some flaxseed . No need to take supplement.
