Biopsy taken for HPE diffuse punctate erythematous mucosa along with small superficial ulcer seen Duodenum D1 : Normal D2 : Normal D3 : Normal DIV : Normal Impression: Gastritis, Gastric ulcer, lax Cardia RX gave Pantop 40 BD Ganaton50 BD Actapro 100 TID Syrup sucafil o TID Rebagen 100 for ulcer HPE report will come after 5 days can rebagen is sufficient for superficial ulcers as RUT not done or need to start HP Kit Suggest Rebagen ( Rebamipide) is sufficient for ulcer or not
