I have a problem on my nose when I go outside redness and small pimples are on my nose. This problem also  occurs when there is sweating on my nose although I'm not got outside but this problem occurs. I'm suffering to this problem from some months. I don't understand actually what type of problem is this. It's sometime like allergy for allergy I use citrzin & fluconazol. I use betnovate also.But there is no effect .
