Glad u reached out. I understand ur struggling here ... struggling to survive each day. Clearly u don’t have a loving / understanding and trustworthy environment. We form helpful / unhelpful belief patterns in our lives based on our life experiences and how we have perceive them. So it would help to know what was ur life like earlier on and ur current life situation.
