I have had thses tendencies before too sometimes but they were never strong before i could easily dispel them by thinking something else but tjos time the thoughts are stronger and way to frequent. I feel my heart is getting heavy and i feel like crying and then that i will be better of dead. I even searched for suicide methods online which was the main reason for me to contact you.
