Diagnosed with Gallbladder stones multiple up to 6mm. Had pancreatis attack 3rd may amylase rose up to 16000, local dr put me on IV and in 5 days amylaze under 100, but then fever started n antibiotics didnt workd, rtpcr +ve 11may covid treatment started 19 dischrgd again.
But now on recovery i m having continous but bearable pain in chest area might be gallbladder. And hell lot of weakness cant work in kitchen cant walk more than 8-10 min
I am on medication of gastric capsules daily with syrup before meals and paracetamol plus tramadol when ever needed.
I want to inquire about gallbladder removal surgery, should i go for laproscopic or normal surgery as i have twin babies via c-sec last year july And how many days i can wait till my surgery, my pancreas and gallbladder allow me to pass days till my operation.
I am in stress because of the pain i had during pancreaitis. Attached ultrasound report may 7

As of cholecystitis with Cholelithiasis u need to under go Surgery...Advisable Laproscopically only
Surgery can be planned on elective basis
But As of know Improve u r General Condition..
Get An CECT ABDOMEN

Gallstones is one of the cause of pancreatitis.
As your serum amylase is normal now and also u have recovered from covid..u can go for lap cholecystectomy whenever situation regarding covid is little better.
Weakness after covid is very common....will go with proper diet and rest. Don't worry.
Next Steps
continue good painkillers(tab chymoral plus twice a day and tab pantop D in morning empty stomach) and other drugs which u must have been prescribed for pancreatitis.
Health Tips
have good protein and fiber diet with less spices,oil and fat.
