Findings:- Right posterior tonsillo-lingual sulcus biopsy: Gross: Received multiple greyish white soft tissue pieces together measuring 1.5X1.05 cm. All blocked in BX1104A/20 Opinion: Well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma right posterior tonsillo-lingual sulcus biopsy. Attached the ct chest report for further information. The patient is 80 years, so kindly advise the best treatment, considering her fitness and age. Will homeopathy or allopathic works better in her case.

As per reports and her finding,  she is suffering from ca Oropharynx with secondary cervical lymph nodes. Treatment is radiation therapy,  usually chemotherapy is not given at age of 80 , But to make final decision pt has to be reviewed

Base on the above report the patient has Cancer of a region called Oropharynx with spread to neck nodes.. The primary treatment for this region Cancer is Radiation with additional chemotherapy based on the fitness of the patient
