Widal test : typhy o and typhi h are positive in 1:160. CBC report: ESR 20, P.C.V 36.8% , Rest are normal.

ESR is elevated in most of the acute illnesses. Widal test is borderline, could either be baseline titres(normal) as india is endemic or an evolving disease. Kindly text me in person so that i could get more information about the symptoms, course of illness and details on the tests for suggesting further management.
