Does this nightstick fracture need plating or normal plaster. Photo of fracture is attached here Please suggest.

This is not a night stick fracture. This not a normal bone either. Anyway this fracture in the radius should be plated to achieve best outcome. This will heal in plaster but chances of malunion is high.
