Deviry and Miprate are not the same medicine. Deviry contains a progesterone hormone, while Miprate contains mifepristone, which blocks progesterone and works in a very different way. Taking Miprate instead of Deviry would not give you the effect your doctor intended and could disrupt your cycle instead of helping it.
