I am taking seven seas cod liver oil capsules and I taking first time it after 1 hour of food in morning   and one capsule everyday I feel some mild stomach pain after eating this can you suggest why I feel some mild stomach pain can you give me right time of dosage how I can take it after food or before food and what timing gap taken when we eat food and after taking it plz doctor

Hi Seven  seas  capsule  is vitamin supplements Mainly  contain  omega  3  and  vit. D3 It can  be  taken  better  after  food  As  it  is  fat  soluble  vitamin
