Recently my TSH went down to .35 so I stopped taking thyroid tablets for a week  and doctor advised to me repeat the thyroid test after 10 days of 12.5 mg thyronorm And the recent thyroid test shows TSH as 18.220 Kindly suggest me for further diagnonis Should I have to take any other test before discussing it with doctor Kindly suggest

You need not take any further tests. However, you should not attempt stopping the thyroid medicines henceforth. Only the dose can be adjusted according to tsh levels as per the doctors advice.
