Please suggest various vitamins including vitamin C and other supplements. Also, I am a vegetarian but I am taking omega 3 capsules 1000ml per day.

Few Vitamin C rich foods are follow 1. citrus fruits, such as limes, oranges and lemons. 2. tomatoes and tomato juice. 3. potatoes. 4. green and red peppers. 5. kiwifruit, strawberries and cantaloupes. 6. green leafy vegetables such as broccoli. 7. fortified cereals. Omega 3 rich foods are as follow 1. Salmon. 2. Flaxseeds. 3. Walnuts. ... 4. Soybeans. ... 5. Chia seeds. ... 6. Eggs. ... 7. Mustard seeds. ... 8. Spinach. Vitamin C is the micronutrient means required in very small quantity so try to cover eat by the food itself.
