Suggest Best OCD treatment for me

As I told I m under medication clonil sr 75 & 10mg at morning and fluoxamine 150mg at bed time, I keep myself healthy for 1-2 weeks and again it get relapsed than condition worsened, please suggest me best possible treatment along with some CBT tips.

Medication alongwith cbt is the only best way ocd can be treated... You need frequent sessions of cbt than only you can see results... Tc
