Sugar dipped to 40 in middle of day. Though she had eaten Normal breakfast poha curd. She had history of high Diabates she took her daily medicine Valdiff-M 500 before and after breakfast Vildagliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride 50mg/500mg Tables.. Due low sugar reading in glucometer she have to consume more rice and banana sharbat.

The low sugar is unlikely to be because of these medications. Although it is not taken before and after a meal.
